Terms & Conditions — 288pak Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 288pak platform, including any associated websites, mobile interfaces, applications, content, features and services operated under the domain 288pak.cam (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 288pak ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator").

288pak is an English-language online betting and casino information platform designed for users in Pakistan. The Platform provides access to sports betting markets — including cricket (PSL, T20 Internationals and ICC tournaments), live casino, slots, esports and other gaming products — displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All Platform content is written in English and is intended for Pakistani users who confirm they meet all eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an Account on 288pak, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration, or the higher minimum age required by the license jurisdiction applicable to your account. The Platform is strictly prohibited to minors. Age verification may be required at any point during the account lifecycle.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. You must not be subject to a legal disability or court order that restricts your ability to contract.
3. Jurisdictional Compliance: You must satisfy yourself that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. 288pak does not represent that its services are available or legal in all locations. Pakistani users are specifically advised to review the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable legislation.
4. Single Account: Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening multiple accounts, or assisting another person in opening an account on your device, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
5. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, truthful and current registration information. Any use of false, misleading or third-party identity information is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
6. Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, voluntary or involuntary, from this Platform or any associated operator programme.

To access betting and gaming services on 288pak, you must complete the registration process. During registration, you are required to provide a valid email address or mobile number, a secure password and such other information as may be requested. All registration fields must be completed accurately.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 288pak strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must notify 288pak immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access.

Account Verification (KYC). 288pak applies Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification procedures. Identity verification may be required before deposits, withdrawals or the use of certain features are enabled. Failure to complete KYC to the required standard may result in account restrictions. Documentation may include a valid CNIC, passport scan, utility bill or bank statement, as specified by the verification team.

One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Attempts to circumvent this restriction — including by using another person's identity, a shared device or a virtual private network (VPN) — are prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. The Operator reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts and, following notice, to close them. Any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable terms at the time.

By using the Platform, you agree that you will not:

• Access the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, including where local law expressly prohibits the activity you are undertaking;
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers or other non-human tools to access, scrape or interact with the Platform;
• Engage in any form of match-fixing, collusion, fraud, chip-dumping, bonus abuse or manipulation of any game outcome;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Transmit any malware, viruses, phishing material or other malicious code to or through the Platform;
• Harass, threaten or abuse Platform staff, support agents or other users;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation with 288pak;
• Use a VPN or proxy service to misrepresent your location or circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Open, operate or benefit from multiple accounts on the Platform;
• Engage in any activity that constitutes money laundering or that facilitates the financing of prohibited activities.

Any breach of these acceptable use requirements may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings or balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law or regulation.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game. General principles are set out below; product-specific rules are published within the relevant sports or casino sections of the Platform.

Bet Confirmation. A bet is only valid once confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued. Unconfirmed bets — for example, those lost due to connectivity failure before confirmation — are not valid and no liability attaches to the Operator for such occurrences.

Odds and Prices. All odds and prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable to a confirmed bet are those displayed at the moment of confirmation. 288pak reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors; bets placed on erroneous odds may be voided at the Operator's discretion with the stake returned.

Cricket Markets. 288pak offers betting markets on Pakistan cricket, including PSL, T20 Internationals and ICC events. References to PCB, PSL, ICC and individual cricket teams are sports context only and do not imply any official partnership, endorsement or affiliation with those bodies. Cricket betting rules, including rules for rain delays, DLS adjustments, abandoned matches and player withdrawal markets, are published within the cricket section of the Platform.

In-Play / Live Betting. In-play markets are subject to accelerated changes in odds and settlement. Users are advised to confirm current odds displayed immediately before placing any in-play wager. The Operator accepts no liability for bets placed on odds that the user believed were different from those displayed at confirmation.

Void Bets and Refunds. Bets may be voided in circumstances including, but not limited to, event cancellation, obvious error, system fault or where it is determined that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the User's account.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. The Operator reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.

All financial transactions on 288pak are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Users are responsible for verifying the payment methods available in the live cashier at the time of deposit or withdrawal, as availability may change without prior notice.

Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts, processing times and any applicable fees are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Deposits must originate from an account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit, or to a verified account in your own name. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.

Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen payment method and the Operator's verification status at the time of the request. Indicative processing times are displayed in the cashier. These are not guarantees and may be affected by third-party processing delays.

Currency Conversion. Where a user's source payment method operates in a currency other than PKR, the Platform will apply the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations are the user's responsibility.

Anti-Money Laundering. All transactions on the Platform are subject to AML monitoring. The Operator is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Users are required to cooperate with any AML-related requests for documentation or information.

288pak may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, loyalty rewards and other promotional offers to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any additional terms published with the specific promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds and qualifying game contributions are stated in the applicable bonus terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered accounts only. The Operator reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to decline to award a bonus where the eligibility criteria are not met.
• One Bonus Per Household/Device: Promotional offers are available once per household, device, IP address and payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Expiry: Bonus credits and free bets have stated validity periods. Any unused bonus or winnings derived therefrom will expire and be removed from the account on the stated expiry date.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse or manipulate bonus offers — including through coordinated wagering strategies, multiple accounts or fraudulent deposit-and-withdrawal cycles — constitutes bonus abuse and may result in the forfeiture of bonus amounts, winnings and account closure.
• Illustrative Figures: Any bonus amounts referenced in marketing materials (for example, "up to PKR 25,000") are illustrative maximum figures and are subject to the specific terms applicable to that promotion. Actual bonus amounts depend on deposit amounts, eligibility criteria and current promotional availability.

288pak reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already confirmed and credited to a User's account.

288pak is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It carries inherent financial risk and should never be used as a means of generating income, addressing financial problems or escaping from personal difficulties.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount they deposit.
• Loss Limits: Users may cap the total amount they are permitted to lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set maximum session durations and receive notifications when a session limit approaches.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary restriction on account access for a period of their choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request self-exclusion for a defined period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to the support team and will take effect within a reasonable timeframe following confirmation.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio-visual material, data compilations, software and the arrangement thereof — is the property of 288pak or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written authorisation;
• Use any 288pak trademarks, trade names or branding without express written consent;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or digital platform;
• Systematically extract or collect any data from the Platform for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the licence granted hereunder and may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 288pak and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension or unavailability of the Platform, including interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failure, network outage or Force Majeure events;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game descriptions or promotional materials;
• Any financial loss arising from the use of payment methods or currency conversion, including losses attributable to exchange rate fluctuations;
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No warranty is given as to continuous, error-free availability, fitness for a particular purpose or absence of harmful components.

288pak reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate or unverifiable registration or KYC information;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion or other prohibited activity;
• Receipt of a regulatory instruction, law enforcement request or court order;
• Account dormancy exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Verification that a User is a Prohibited User (under-age or from a prohibited jurisdiction).

Where an Account is closed for cause, any balance derived from fraudulent, abusive or prohibited activity may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to User misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the User via an available payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Users may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following identity verification. Any open bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard rules.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 288pak holds its operating licence, as published separately on the Platform. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to Pakistani users under local law.

Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute relating to a bet, transaction or Platform feature, Users should first contact 288pak's support team. The support team will endeavour to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism provided under the applicable licence terms.

Pakistani Users — Legal Position. 288pak does not claim that access to or use of this Platform is lawful in Pakistan. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with applicable local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. This clause does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such.

288pak reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, reasonable notice will be provided — which may take the form of a notice displayed on the Platform, an email to your registered address, or both. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 12.
